    Default Cách Làm Rượu Thơm Ngâm

    Rượu thơm ngâm ở nhà (by Thị Hến)

    -1 Liter Vodka (loại no flavor)
    -15 đinh hương (whole cloves)
    -5 cánh hồi to (star anise)
    -1 tbsp hoa tiêu hay thay khoảng 10-15 hạt tiêu đen nguyên
    -2 miếng quế dài 2" each
    -2 miếng vỏ cam khô cở 1" each

    Rang sơ đinh hương, cánh hồi, hoa tiêu, quế để thật nguội mới cho vào rượu, cho vỏ cam khô vào, đậy nắp kín khoảng 3 tuần là rượu thơm, chờ rượu qua 1 tháng rùi hãy dùng cho các món

    Rượu dùng làm món: pork chop chiên giòn, nem nướng, phá lấu, gà rim, sườn non hấp với đậu đen, lòng bò, gan bò cháy, cua, tôm hùm hay mực rang muối tiêu, đùi gà quarter chiên giòn, nếp gói lá sen v.v....

    use the main ingredients of Five Spices:

    * star anise (đại hồi)
    * fennel seeds (tiểu hồi)
    * whole cloves (đinh hương)
    * cinnamon bark (nhục quế)
    * Szechuan peppercorns (xuyên tiêu)

    It is best to buy these ingredients from a chinese herbal shop for purity and higher quality.

    The addition of dried tangerine peels (trần bì) provides an added aroma.

    This potion is good to marinate pork, chicken with.

    If you can find mature cheap ginger roots (gừng già) then slice the ginger and pack it in a glass bottle, pour in vodka; let sit in a pantry for few months;

    this potion is great for the preparing chicken & fish dish.
