Beef Teriyaki

Ingredient:

1 to 1 1/2 pounds roast beef, cut into thin slices
Sauce:
3/4 cup soya sauce, low sodium
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 to 3 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Preparation:

Mix together all sauce ingredients except the oil . Soak beef slices in sauce for at least 1 hour. Fry in a saucepan in oil for about2 minutes per side, or until tender.
