Eat ripe banana:

Banana when ripe is more nutritionous than green one, its glucosides convert to fructose and gluscose, rich in potassium (K),

but please do remember, the sweeter a banana is, the more calories it contains.

đợi lúc nó vừa chín tới á chị , ai biểu chị để nó wa' chín chi nó mới bị mềm. Mềm còn bỏ tủ đá làm kem chuối, chứ mà nhũn rùi... thui wa(ng :D:D
